Erin Wagnild Photography agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional use only. Erin Wagnild Photography may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. Erin Wagnild Photography retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof.

- All prices are subject to Seattle sales tax. Session fee is required at booking to hold your spot. - Prices are subject to change without notice. Published pricing at booking is applicable to orders placed by scheduled order date. - Charges incurred by insufficient check funds are the sole responsibility of the client. Payment must then be made via certified check or cash. - Images are posted to an online gallery for digital downloads and print orders. Any images not ordered within 30 days of gallery completion will be purged. - Client images that are ordered are held for a maximum of three months, after which time they are deleted. - Due to the custom nature of products and services all sales are final. - In the interest of fairness to all my clients, please understand that session fees, prices, and business policies are non-negotiable. - Attendance at photo sessions is limited to those being photographed.
